I read the title of the thread and was expecting to see a cat with a cookie/biscuit on it's head.
This picture was even better!
I should have known better since I have a kitty named Ginger Cookie and we often just call her Cookie.

Just had my camera there at the right moment, saying that cookie often sits on Bo and he stays there for quite some time, I dont think the other dogs would just lie there like Bo does, he is such a soppy thing.
What a sweet picture! Now anytime someone says cats and dogs cannot live together,just whip out this picture!
