Bad news for strays in California

It is upsetting to say the least but cuts must come somewhere. I think its important now more than ever before to volunteer resources and time to causes that are close to our hearts. Try and bridge the gap a bit. I would also say its a strong advocacy for microchipping your pets. If they do get lost they can locate you quickly by scanning for a chip. Otherwise you take your chances that time will run out on them.
