Trying to get mom to accept 3 new kittens!

Hey all! As you may know, our foster cat Peaches gave birth to 4 kittens nearly 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, the shelter called asking if we'd be willing to see if she accepted 3 more that came in without a mother around their age. We tried it once before with another mother with a newborn kitten, but it had been really small and died the next day So, any advise?

Hi,

just the usuall advice of taking the bedding from your mommy's nest and using it to rubb down the new kittens so they smell more like her own babies. And maybe smearing a little bit of butter or anything else your mom likes onto the new ones to encourage her to lick them clean

Thanks...but it turns out that they got in another mother and they're going to try the kittens with her first, because I think she has less... thanks for the advise though.
