My feral mama has been panting on and off since I trapped her and she's just been doing it again.

Her kittens are about 10 days old, she's being a very good, loving mother, and she did get moved today from a friends house back to mine, but she's quite a sweet girl. I just gave her a big pat session, where she was purring and rolling around so I could rub her belly, then once I was done, she stretched out, looking pretty relaxed, cleaned one of her kittens then soon after started panting again.

It's not too hot in this room, and she doesn't seem particularly stressed despite everything that's gone on.

Is there any health problems I should be concerned about? She's not showing any other signs of anything being wrong.

Panting, if not due to stress or extreme heat, can be a sign of respiratory problems or heart disease. Try to get her checked by a vet as soon as you can.
