It won't be as detailed but hopefully I will find a good artist who can do a good job with it. It took me a while to get it drawn how I wanted and had to use my computer a bit to get some parts to look better.
Oh wow, that's AWESOME!

Thanks. For the most part it wasn't that hard to do. The hardest part was getting the fur around the neck right. For that I just dipped a paintbrush into charcoal powder and just used light brush strokes. Other than that, I couldn't get the whiskers right so I just did those with the computer.

Not that hard,
you have to have the skill to be able to draw like that and few people do - I researched a lot of tat artists before I got Juli Moon to do mine, and I've seen a lot of really badly drawn big cats. You have quite a talent.

Oh wow, I love it!
I have my first cat's face on my shoulder blade.
Thank you! I love the portrait of your cat. One of the clients from the clinic I work at got her Siamese tattooed on her calf, it's the cat pretty much walking towards you and it was amazing.

I've thought it might be neat to start an anklet of charms and make a charm to represent each pet that I have had but I'm not sure how it would be just yet. I for sure want to get a tattoo in memorium of Pause. When my dog LiLo passes I want to get her paw print tatooed on my arm with her name in it.

Thanks that means a lot to me
. I try to do my best in everything. It seems only recently though I've been able to draw. I've only been doing it seriously for a little over 2 years. Even back in high school about 5 years ago, I didn't seem to have much of an artistic side. I took art in high school thinking "anyone can draw" and I thought it would be easy but it took me about 35 hours to do a self-portrait, and a bad one at that.

one of my favorite subjects......i love tattoos, i'm in need of new ink, its been almost 2 years and i'm going crazy, lol. My first tattoo was a little lizard on my ankle. (please ignore the terrible tan line)

i then ended up turning it into an anklet, got a turtle on the inside of my ankle, 2 frogs that i drew on the back side and a heart on the with some real girly (totally not me) tribal connecting everything

and i guess you can count this as another animal....its my zodiac sign on my wrist.

Don't mess with the bull

I am very scared of needles, but want a tattoo of one of my dogs VERY bad. Alas, it will probably never happen, plus I am super picky, it would actually have to look like my dog, so I would probably have to shop around a lot.

No animal tattoos yet. I want to get a dragonfly as a memorial to Monte on my neck (he caught me a dragonfly and brought it to my feet about 2 weeks before he died).

I'm thinking about getting a few paw prints somewhere as memorials to my other RB babies as well as a symbol of being a cat lover.

Currently I have 5 tattoos - a butterfly and ring of vine around my left ankle, a Griffin (Gryphon, Griffen, etc) on my right calf, a Chevy emblem on my lower back (big Camaro fan
Got it when I was 18 of course), and stars with tribal on my hips.

This summer when Rob & I go to NJ, I'm going to get a phoenix between my shoulder blades. It represents how much my life changed from how it was to when I met Rob. He's still debating on what he wants to get (he currently has a Griffin on his right arm, a tribal armband with 2 suns on his left, a spark plug with wings, and a tribal sun on his calf with my initials in the center).

I have two tattoos, but no pics of either of them. My first one is a black scorpion (my starsign) on my shoulder - I Wanted one with red eyes, but wasn't brave enough to have one big enough for it!! The second is a paw print close to my heart, done in memory of Ginger, but will encompass all my bridge babes, as I am into double figures with them, so can't have one for each.

I have an animal tattoo. It is very meaningful. First of all my mom had it designed, based on a native american design, which is a big part of our heritage in canada. My mom actually has the exact same tattoo as well.

It's a Canadian goose, which again, is a big part of the Canadian Heritage, and the Canadian goose flies away each winter to go south but then flies back to Canada for the summer. So it's symbolic of flying away, but always coming home.

It's on my lower back, left side. I wanted it somewhere I could cover it up under a wedding dress or in a proffessional setting, I'm kinda traditional like that.

Without further ado......

I have only one tattoo, and it's of the Dark-Hunter symbol from my favorite book series by Sherrilyn Kenyon. It's on my lower back, because at the time I wanted to be able to hide it from my strict parents but still show it off at school and stuff.

To be honest, I wish I would've been wiser in choosing something that would be on my body for the rest of my life. The series is going in a weird direction now.

I wish I would've thought of an animal tattoo... for sure I would've got Bella's name or her face or paw or SOMETHING commemorating her; I probably still will. She's the love of my life, so I need to. Maybe a tattoo artist could fill it in to form a black kitty, I don't know.

If you find a good artist it's amazing what they can do in the way of a cover up.

It's the reverse in my family... my parents are the ones with tattoos. I have none.

My only tattoo is a pair of dragons on my upper back. You can't really tell from the picture but its about 9.5" high and completed in one 3 hour sitting. I have plans to get a set of cat eyes done once I figure out where I want them.

Here are my dragons:

Gotta love Amy Brown's works eh
When I saw her book at my tattooists shop, it was an instant pull. The blue fairy on the back of my calf was the one that drew me in... something just pulled me towards it.

I absolutely adore her style, although I'm not fond of her male fairies.

Currently I have 5 of her fairies, and will more than likely get more. I'm trying to see if I can incorparate some of her smaller ones onto my backpiece. I'm still undecided as to whether to just stick with background work (ex. trees, sky, sun/moon, little dragonflies, etc) OR a couple more small fairies flying + background work OR have a huge Green Man (for those that don't know about the green man: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Man and a pic of what I would consider doing: http://www.siren.org.uk/images/greenman.jpg ) with some waterfalls underneath him as the fairy and horse are standing in a pond.

I need to get my arse in gear and play with PS to figure out what I like.
