Can I delete an old message?

I noticed that everything I write here pops up if someone googles it, like cats names etc. which makes me a bit uncomfortable. This made me wonder if it is possible to delete or edit some of the old posts that I've written..? Same goes with usernames, can they be changed?

I know, I'm weird and paranoid

It isn't usually possible to change a username /delete old posts unless it is really extenuating circumstances in which case you should contact an admin

I haven't posted anything what I shouldn't have, but it just feels weird that this forum is the first thing that google search finds.. I've posted about my cats in few other forums aswell but they don't show up for some reason.

Oh well..I don't have anything to hide.
