I think it's a "pawbreaker" -- feline catnip "candy" ball. Cats can eat them.

Thanks, I wish she were still that pretty, CRF has taken it's toll on her good looks though, but she's still fighting the good fight.

Aw poor Spaz! for her. I had a dog called Jazz (RIP) so that's probably why I feel closer to her because her nickname was Spaz. I'm sure she's still an adorable girl.

Thank you. He was actually very healthy other than being underweight and the coat. He was 11.5 pounds and now weights about 15 pounds.

Found this picture of Lil' Jag as a 3.5 month old kitten (Just shortly after we rescued her from the tire well of my brother's car).

This is my scared little girl at the shelter back in 2007, I had already been working with her for a while at the shelter then

Her first night at home, she had stopped eating at the shelter and lost some weight so I decided to 'foster' her (yeah like I would have every brought her back)

Great pics everyone

Keep em coming.

I'm looking forward to posting in this thread a year from now as Kizzy's coloring might change.

There are some very sad "before" pics that make me want to cry....but the after pics are just

I can believe some of the fur colour changes either.

Awesome awesome pics

I'll have to do mine one at a time when I find the right pics.

Annie was found up in the middle of the Pike National Forest in the middle of nothing at a rifle range. We held a match and she was up there. I have no idea how she survived even a few days up there, and she had obviously been there for longer than that. She had ticks, was anemic, and very skinny and dirty. Poor girl. Thankfully there's a bunch of cat lovers amongst the shooters - I always knew they were good people! One man "happened" to have some cat food (yes, real canned cat food) in his truck, another gave me a box to transport her in (not that she stayed in it), another gave me a shirt to make the box more comfortable, and we found a bowl and put water in it for her too. It was a Team effort!

Here she is the night she came home:

The light parts of her are actually white, but you can't tell for all the dirt and ick on her.

Here's proof...you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl!

This Christmas-time

And when we weren't looking, she made herself cozy and was sleeping - SLEEPING - in the Christmas tree until we woke her up.

I didn't rescue Bamf & Pixel, at least not in as cool and selfless of a way as so many other people have their cats, but I have some before and after photos anyway.

When I first brought them home, they were so very white and so tiny! They both fit into one of the beds on their cat tree easily.

Then they grew up a little, and Pixel was soooo skinny!

Bamf wasn't so skinny. Maybe, a little chubby.

And now they can barely squeeze both of themselves into one bed on the cat tree!

Pixel is much darker now and a lot of her stripes have filled in!

Bamf is also much darker, but less inclined to let me take pictures of him while I dangle bows from Da Bird.

I hope you liked them.

Here is Xander's before picture. This was taken by Eileen right before she was able to trap him and get him fed and all fixed up.

And here is my luvbug now
