I'm going to make a Cranberry Cheesecake Slice to take to a meeting on Saturday!

It looks super easy to make so if anyone would like the recipe let me know!

I made a potato salad this afternoon. Marinating an iron flat steak. That would probably go better on the grill but it's still a bit cool outside for that (and threat of rain). We'll see how that goes, it's a cut of meat I've never cooked before, hope I don't ruin it.

Does the Slice make it something different than just regular cranberry cheesecake? Sounds really good though, I'd love the recipe!

I haven't tried it before. I guess you could add white chocolate chunks - that would make it a bit more special.

Here's the link to the recipe. I'll let you know how it turns out tomorrow afternoon!

I had the most delicious dinner.

I had a thai coconut stir fry with roti and then chocolate mud cake, cream and vanilla ice-cream. It was so delicious and we ate in and the service was wonderful

Flat Iron steak is yummy but can be very tough if you're not careful. Hope you enjoy it! We have some once a month or so.

Tonight for me will just be a green salad.

Tonight I am doing pork chops, with mushroom gravy, mashed potato's and steamed brocolli. For dessert I am thinking sliced peaches with vanilla yogurt...

Last night was leftover Yosemite chicken, but I made it a bit differently. I had a few things in the refrigerator I wanted to get rid of, so I added garlic, scallions, peppers and tomatoes to the mix. It was pretty good.

I have boneless spare ribs in the crockpot for tonight.

Yes, I could see how that would be good. Often it is the "throw everything in" dinners that really turn out great.

I never ended up making this!
I still want to though.

Last night for tea was teriyaki marinated lamb loin chops, baked potatoes and onions and courgettes in a tomato and pepper sauce!

For lunch today I'm having some of the sauce with mince in tacos.

MMMM...sounds yummy! We're due for some lamb, so that's really got my tastebuds excited.

For us tonight nothing so special. I have a sick car to pick upont he way home, so not sure what time I'll get home and I want to be done with dinner quickly, in order to get at the second batch of marmalade. So I think I'm going to pick up a rotisserie chicken from Safeway, and put some fries and salad with it. Tasty, to be sure, and it'll give me some good leftovers for tomorrow, and maybe Thursday, too.
