Dental Fresh for cats

Has anyone tried this? I would like to be sure that the ingredients are safe. Does it work well for your cat? It is supposed to be added to their drinking water. Here are the list of ingredients:

Purified deionized water
Stabilized chlorine dioxide
Sodium bicarbonate
Organically derived chlorophyll
