Bird Feeder?

I am sitting at my computer and have been noticing small birds in the rhododendron bush outside the window. I wonder if I could set up a bird feeder outside of that window for the cats and I to view. The Rhodo is obviously not good for hanging feeders from and it wouldn't be high enough in any case. I am not handy enough to sink a stake in.... I wonder what options people might know of. My house is on a sunken basement so my window is probably 8 feet above the ground.

Also, my house has stucco walls so I am not sure if I can drill a hole in the wall for a hook.. hmm.. need to think about this.

You could make some kind of post to hang it from. Though 8 ft is pretty high for a post. Check out Home Depot, they have options you could look at and if you ask an employee in that section Im sure they could give you some great ideas.
