The "Look what I received from my Secret Santa" Thread - 2008

Yesterday I got a message from the PO, saying they were holding a parcel for me! So I called in on my way back from the vet with Nutkin. And it was a huge box all the way from Maine!
As soon as I got it home, Ellie, Persil and Milo knew there was something in it for them:
Ellie got down to the serious business of digging:
Persil got sidetracked by the wonderful rustly paper packing
Wellington immediately identified a parcel and got stuck in:
But he was in too much of a rush and got a mouthful of paper!
Ah, that's better. His face says it all!
Milo decides to open the crinkly balls
Meanwhile Dushka has hijacked the catnip mouse and no-one messes with the Alphacat!
So my turn to open some of these great parcels:
And this is what I found. The catnip mouse was very soggy by the time I rescued it for the photo. There was a cat calendar, a brilliant cat mug and saucer, a dish with a kitty face on it, a fabric bag from LD Bean, a keyholder, some vouchers, some notecards and of course the kitty toys.
The box and wrapping provided great fun. Bonaparte decided to roll up inside and tease Ellie by kicking her from underneath.
I know who my SS is as she had to supply her name for Customs, and sent me a photo inside of her cats and a greetings note. So thank you very very much, Renovia. They are lovely gifts and you have gone to a lot of trouble, which is much appreciated by us all. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

Aww... Wellington knew where the good stuff was and by the look on his face it was really good stuff! I love kitties that take matters into their own paws!

That LLBean tote is very sturdy! The one I had was the only bag to survive being packed with my university texts and notebooks.

Took me awhile to figure it out but I got it!
Fin was REAL interested in everything but Shadow went and pouted in the basement because I woke him up!
Annnnyway I know you all are wondering soooo I got a bag of Peanut M&Ms! My favorite!!!
Really Yummy smelling Clover and Aloe cream.. cat ornaments that match Shadow and Fin.. a cat pin.. a ceramic cat that holds trinkets.. Jewelry maybe? lol .... A cat desk calender.. a red fur cat toy and two stockings of cat toys. Thank you sooo much! I hate to tell you that the tin opened and some of your yummy smelling chocolate bars were smashed all through the box and then the red furry cat toy ended up all over some of them.. We're going to try to pick the fur off of them so we can still eat them... lol
