Hehe I think its just normal behavior...to annoy mommy!
Oh, our cats drink from the toilet bowl as well. We try and keep the lid closed, but it seems like they clock on to every single time we forget...
Any place with water (that's not their proper bowl) seems to be where they most like to drink!

My cat has not done it yet - as long as I know - but I saw her accidentally jumped into there once...
I've been extra careful ever since then but I guess she too has been the same way, not to make the same mistake by jumping into water
