I feed both of my cats the same food - Blue Buffalo Wet (twice a day) and give them a little dry food (also BB) in between the meals. Lately I've noticed one of the cats would throw up randomly. One time she threw up before I even fed her (it was just a tiny puddly of water). I then went ahead and fed them about 20 minutes later and she threw up the wet food. She seems to act like her normal self even after vomiting. She plays with her toys, is affectionate, etc. The vomiting is not a normal occurrence and usually happens maybe once every other week and it's usually after a meal of wet food. I don't see an excess of hair in the vomit so it makes me wonder if it's something other than a hairball? Maybe I feed her too much? I use a whole can of wet, but it's split 1/2 between the two of them, but neither ever finishes the entire bowl.

Any suggestions?

Does she scarf her food? Perhaps you could feed her a tablespoon of canned food at a time. Do you always feed the same flavor? If not, maybe one of the flavors, meaning ingredients, doesn't agree with her.
