Hello Cat Lovers!

dark blue Hello, my name is Asmearis. I joined mainly because I want to find out what kind of cat mine is.

Oscar is a 6-yr-old grey DLH (I suppose) with a sweet personality and a love for hunting and exploring. He looks and acts like a typical Charteux breed, but he is long haired, so that's where I'm confused as to his breed. Oscar likes making friends, playing, and of course, napping.

It's been a joy having Oscar, and I hope to get another few cats in the future.

Posting a picture of Oscar would help a lot, but without papers and family history it's almost impossible to say for sure. Of course, we would love to see him regardless of whether or not we can tell what breed he is.

Often a mixed breed will look just like a pedigree cat. It doesn't really matter as long as you love them and give them scritches! lol
