Church was almost in a movie today.
I want to get him into film/print work, and there is a woman in my area who does animal casting so she suggested I bring Church to her next shoot to start to get him used to that environment. There was a movie shoot today where they needed a cat so we brought him along with her cats. He wasn't actually filmed for the movie (he's young and doesn't know too much yet, they used one of her adult cats) but he did get to go on set and everything!
We took him out and put him on the green screen where they were shooting, and they took some photos of him there while I did a little bit of working with him. He was SO good, he wasn't really scared or anything! I need to train him a little more before we can do any actual roles though. I just wish I'd taken some photos myself, I could have used them in his "portfolio."
