Do you use the spellcheck feature before submitting a post?

I mostly use it for catching the mistakes that happen when my brain and fingers aren't syncing up right - people would see a lot of backwards or mixed words if I didn't.

I have noticed that, lately, I've left out words entirely or forgot S's on words. ...I think my brain isn't working at top speed.

I can't use it with the WebTV, but even when I still had the computer, I didn't use it. I always haul out the dictionary when I get stuck on the spelling of a word (or if I'm too lazy to get up and get the dictionary, I guess..
.).

I review all my posts before submitting, I only use the spellchecker if I don't know how to spell a word

No, I just usually preview my post before I submit so I just re-read it. I've never tried the spellcheck either, I guess I forgot about it!

Not everyone that uses this site is a native English speaker, so it's quite possible that some may not know what you mean - it also makes it difficult for one to put a word into a dictionary to find a translation.

I have a link for those with Opera. I will post a new thread in the Tech Talk section.

I use FF and quick reply too. Often I haven't actually made a spelling error it's just set on US english.

Same here, I check my own spelling or edit my posts if I have spelled something wrong.

Leave it to someone to be the troublemaker, eh?

I don't use it....mostly because I do not often have time....and I'm lazy when I do have the time.

My preferred browser is Opera, so it's not available, but spelling is not a problem for me, and I tend to review my post a bazillion or so times before hitting submit, because of a severe case of "revisionitis", so I generally see any typos in time to correct them. There are exceptions to every known rule, though...
