Play hard at Rainbow Bridge Harvey!

Harvey has a great life and it sounds like a loving, caring home. I'm glad he was with somebody. I have no doubt that my Sasha who was also the elder statesman of the family, has greeted him on the RB where he can look over all the others. It doesn't make it any easier, and I so so very sorry for your loss, but the fact that he was with you for so long is a testament to your care.

Tari i'm so very sorry, what an awful start to the new year for you all

Play happily at the bridge Harvey, but keep looking down on those who love you and miss you so much

I already posted in the other thread about Harvey but please accept my condolences. It's so hard to lose a pet and even harder to have to make the decissions for a sick pet. I had to for Jake as well so I understand.

RIP Harvey.

RIP, sweet Hervey! I know you are proud of your wonderful son for being with Harvey.

RIP beautiful boy. Play happily now that you are free from illness.

Look out for Tippy - she is newly arrived over the Bridge as well.

Take peace and comfort from knowing that Harvey was deeply loved and will be missed greatly. Remember those wonderful times that you spent together.

I'm so very sorry to hear about Harvey. I've been out of town and just now finding this.

I too, know how it feels to not be able to be there, when your sweet furbaby crosses the bridge. I know that you were with Harvey in spirit though, and Harvey knows that too.

Rest in peace, sweet boy

i so get your guilt... i was in another state when Mouse passed. i still think she might've made it had i been there with her. but that's partly because she never had a diagnosis, unlike sweet Harvey.
i'm glad he was w/someone special, tho.

Thanks so much for your support, everyone. We got back home early this morning, and not being greeted by Harvey, seeing his empty bowls and favorite toys, really hit me hard. As tough as this is, though, I'm glad that he didn't suffer much and that he was with someone who loved him.

I've been reading messages, but haven't had much time to respond while we were in Arizona. I can't tell you how much everyone's support has meant.
