Hayfever

Anyone else as miserable as me? All I wanna do is sleep I can't breathe out of my nose so my throat is sore. I am coughing stuff up(sorry) and I am just so tired. I am living off Ny-quil at night to help knock these symptoms out and help me sleep better.

I hear that hayfever as the worst its ever been.

So how are your allergies?

Mine were ok until last Saturday when it finally stopped raining!! Oops I forgot earlier last week I had a sinus headache for 2 days!!
But I picked up my neti pot last Thursday and have used it three times (usually before bedtime) and my congestion seems alot better. I am taking a 24 hr antihistamine which seems to last only about 18 hrs though.
Its not too bad so far.

Thank goodness they arent too out of contol yet!! But I went to the Dr 2 weeks ago and got an allergy shot, so I hope it helps me this year!!!

I'm doing great this year, surprisingly. But John has been feeling awful the past week or so. He's alternating his asthma medicine (Primatene) and Mucinex. And he's been taking Tylenol PM every night to help him sleep.

Thats no fun!!! I know my eyes/nose have been itching BAAAAD!!! I wanna rub my eyes off....lol....

Here the allergy season has been bad since spring, but we're getting into the fall round now. Oh deepest joy.

Ive been alternating between Claratin and Tylenol Severe Congestion when it gets really bad. The Tylenol has pseudoephedrine so it has to be bought behind the counter. Is anyone else totally paranoid that they are going to say I've bought too much?

I've been taking my Advair so that keeps my asthma under control but the Ny-Quil is my baby at night
