Feline Mammary Cancer

Our cat has cancer, and a visible lump that is now oozing and bleeding quite a lot. We are bathing with salt water....she's quite happy in herself and in fact has more energy than ever. Question: are we doing the right thing by just bathing it, or does she need more specialist treatment. (Surgery/chemo already ruled out)
