i've forgotten my body language basics...

what does it mean again when the kittys tail goes back and forth quite quickly? kinda like whipping around? i notice mine does this when she's frisky so does it mean she's feeling playful? i'm confused because that tail keeps going when she's falling asleep on me...though her full out playing and passing out is a very fine line...LOL...is she having frisky thoughts while she drifts off into dreamland...thinking of what she can get into next? LOL

Very well could be! Maybe when they swoosh their tail like that they are soothing themselves to sleep? It could be relaxing, maybe their dreaming... who knows!?!? LOL
