I've had 5 hours sleep!
No way would Jack stay in the spare room last night when i was locking up to go to bed with the girls. He cried the place down, so i ended up having to bring him in with me and let the girls have free reign of the house after i took their bed, litter etc... downstairs and brought Jacks in my bedroom
One hour later, just as Jack and i settled down i could hear their bells outside the bedroom door, with Rosie making trill noises and batting her paw off the door to be in.
I opened the door and in they came sniffing and looking for Jack. Rosie was ok, and she just lay at the other side of the bed watching his every move, but Sophie growled constantly. I ended up having to put Sophie in the kitchen with their bed and bowls just so i could get some sleep, but then at 5.a.m this morning Sophie started crying so i had to get up to give her some attention
To make it short Jack is now going to stay in the kitchen at bedtime until they eventually bond and i feel comfortable enough to leave them together. He cries when he's on his own, but it's only for a few minutes, and he has lots of toys in there as well as the crinkle tunnel that Pam sent the girls a while back.
I need to do this because I don't want the girls upset, and Sophie expecially needs to know that she's still loved and that my bedroom is still their bedroom
Something else that happend this morning. Jack was in the livingroom on the tree and the girls were watching him in the kitchen. Sophie was giving her long lengthy growls when Rosie turned to her and hissed. Is that her telling her to button it?!
We'll get there though, and i think sooner rather than later with the way things are at the moment
