It has finally cooled down and is a nice 20°C and not getting back into the 30s for at least a week ehich is great because I can go outside again without getting sunburnt despite the SPF70
Not much planned for today, a bit of grocery shopping, a trip to the pet store, that is about it
And the holiday for the day in full:

Sorry I haven't been around much, too much working going on for me right now..and I have been busy trying to "stay afloat" litterally with all of the rain we are having..enough already..
No big plans for me today, I have a 4 day weekend off now and I am going to try to relax and enjoy.

Sheffield is really suffering, those poor families that have been evacuated - I hope they sort it soon and the rain isn't bad for them.

another day here, slept wonderfully & was suprised last night by john when he brought home ice cream for me
me and bayley shared a little bit and then cuddled in bed
its gorgeous here today- 65* with a nice breeze
only 8 days til the move!!
i started packing more last night until i realized i was out of packing tape
gotta buy some tonight to finish up some little packing- then off to pack clothes and the kitchen
have a glorious day!

At some point the work will suddenly end and I won't know what to do with myself! I may have paper grading withdrawls! Soooo glad we're celebrating tomorrow night. You guys are all getting floods too? Seems to be hitting around the country atm. I love rugging up with soup and a kitty, but some parts around here have been completely washed out
Much cooler here today, thank goodness.
Typical Thursday for me already had one call from work because someone is out sick and I haven't even had my coffee yet.
The kitties are loving the cooler temps and have been putting on quite a performance for me this morning...Sassy even managed a prolonged wrestling match with Linus...Linus of coarse is happy as a clam with all the attention.
I heading off shortly, get to do my grocery shopping after work, will have to remember to have a bit of a snack first though. Last time I didn't and ended up buying snacks I didn't need...
Isn't that always the way.

Just another day at work, as usual. I'm still training the new girl, and still need to hire 1 more person.
