Ok 2 weeks ago when I got Ping his food they charged me to much and I am just now noticing this. I bought 5oz cans and they charged me for 13oz cans. And normally I would notice such things but I was in a hurry. Next time I will pay closer attention. The 5 oz cans are .93 cents but the 13 oz cans are 1.79 so its a big price jump. Its the duck/oatmeal cans that he didn't like. So hopefully when I go in tomorrow to exchange the ones he didn't like I can get my price difference back.

Are you a regular customer?, because they may take your word for it if you explain, especially if you have the receipt?.

No I was a new customer but I do have the receipt. Plus to may knowledge I never saw a 13oz can of Eagle Pack at this store. When I was there I stood around (before paying) and talked to the manager and cashier about all kinds of stuff. So hopefully it will go ok. Plus a friend of mine is going to meet me there that lives in that town so we can chat and she goes there all the time. So hopefully all goes well.
That's good that you still have the receipt. Do it in a calm manner, because if i ever get a customer on ranting and raving they get little help from me

I hope you are able to get your money back or atleast them make it up with extra food or treats.

Yeah I son't plan on ranting when I get there. I have worked in C.S and stores before so I know what that is like. I plan just to tell them calmly the situation. And if I refund is not something they can give than hopefully I can get 3-4 cans (that will equal the price difference) of the Eagle Pack to equal it out.
