My Gran is in a very bad way

My gran who has alzheimer's is not doing well and hasn't been since Sunday. She is 82 now. She is just skin and bones. It has been a very difficult last couple of days. Please can you keep her in your thoughts and prayers. My family thinks we could lose her any day now.

Oh no My grandma passed from Alzheimers, its a bad disease. She just stopped eating

I'm so sorry. My grandma has alzheimers too, so I know what it's like. Is she in a nursing home or is she being taken care of by family? My Grandma is in a nursing home, which we felt bad about, but it was the best thing for her.
