I know that having a cold nose is a sign of a healthy cat... But what about if they have a cold nose and ears?

Was as I was waking up felt Bindis nose and ears and noticed they were both cold and he was purring like mad.

Cold/wet/dry nose is not an indication of health. Ears maybe? Depends on how hot/cold it is. Very red hot ears, would indicate a problem with health - possible fever.

Spooky had large white ears (rex) and many times they were cold just cause there was little fur on them, they were large/open and it was wintertime.

I would say kitty just is a little cold with cold ears, but nothing bad.

Oh okay so cold nose/ears isnt an indacatior of health. I thought the nose was supposed to be cold on a healthy cat and warm on a unhealthy cat. Is it a myth?
