Kittys little joke

Well, this morning while I was getting ready for work, Kitty went out in the rain. He likes me to dry him off with a towel But as we were in the kitchen I got a peice of kitchen roll and was using that.
When I got to his tail, I put the paper round and pulled it along.
I suddenly noticed quite a nasty smell and realised he had done a 'trouser cough'!
Im sure this was the his version of the old 'Pull my finger' joke!

I've got one that likes to be dried off too- hasn't done the "trouser cough" for me while I did it yet though! Your cat's a hoot!

well he was just letting you know he doesnt want you in 'that area' again

I didnt know what else to call it!
He also does them when he wants my side of the sofa. Very casually lets one rip.
I`ve never actually heard one though. only smelt the evidence.
Do cats do noisey 'guffs'?

Ferris "pooted" on my bed the other night and it scared him so he jumped up and looked behind him to see what had happened.

It was quiet, but I did get a nice little whiff.

I have never ever heard that term used before, now I'm really gonna sound stuipid, what is a trouser cough??

pooted! that is tooo funny! that is soooo funny that he jumped up and looked behind him to see what happened!!!!

I did a trouser cough and Villy stopped and looked at my trouser area to see what made that noise!!

It's definately his version of 'pull my finger' - it's 'pull my tail!!!'

My cat farts almost everyday. Hes gross. I hate it.
