Same here, it is just too cold

Not snowing today, but brrr it's cold out there!

Decided it's just a tad too cold for my likes and didn't go out riding. Kind of wishing I would have gone but oh well. I can't afford to get sick right now because it's almost the peak of the competition part of the season.

Good decision! I have to take the garbage out in a bit and I am not looking forward to it!!!!!!

It is 3 degrees F outside right now. Brrrrr! Last night it was freezing.

Right now here its -17c with a wind chill of -28. If you look outside it looks like its snowing, but its just blowing snow. Tonight its supposed to be -20 with a wind chill of -33. Thats soooo cold. We have had a wind chill warning here for 2 days now.

Its -7.3 outside now, with a windchill of -26, we've been in a wind chill advisory since Thursday!

Wow...I guess we're the "warm" northern state

It's 0 right now with -9 after the wind chill factor.

I kind of laughed at the weather report today too...I read the Advisory online and at the end they said "Be sure to wear a hat".

But that's all I need to stay warm? A hat? No gloves, Scarves, Coat, Long johns?

Its a sunny -2F and -23F with windchill!! This morning when I got up its was -14.7F on my thermometer. I should have put sock on before I ran outside in my slippers to get the newspaper. Still windchill advsories -30 to -40F tonite. I bet either lots of schools will be canceling classes or delaying for a couple of hours. I don't plan on going anywhere tomorrow!!
On NOAA's windchill hazard advisory it recommended a hat, gloves and a coat (what no clothes???)

I've been sitting inside in my pj's all day working on coloring this giant celtic poster. Mmm... a lazy Sunday. Haven't had one of these in a while. I'm hoping they cancel school tomorrow but i'm not crossing my fingers or getting my hopes up.

I assume it's the same here then Kenz!!! It was so cold yesterday, when I walked out the door, my bottom lip burst open & started bleeding!!!

I like to pretend that I'm slightly warmer than some people by saying I'm almost in IA....I really am almost in IA...so Iowans....tell me it's warmer there than it is where Kenz is!!!!

Every school system in the greater Cleveland area has either canceled or delayed school for tomorrow. I don't think that happened when we had 5 feet of snow in 95-96. Too bad they can't cancel work tomorrow

it is suposed to be -41 celcius here overnight with the wind chill... there is a frostbite warning out that exposed skill will freeze in less than 10 minutes. I wish I didn't have to work tomorow. I don't even want to get out of bed tomorow.

Well its currently -16F with a windchill factor of -35F. The majority of schools in Wisconsin canceled classes today. I bundled up to get the newspaper and the insides of my nose were freezing up. Its going to be sunny again. I haven't even opened up the window blinds so the house can stay a bit warmer. I dread my heating bill for this time!
