Hyperlink in Banner in Signature?

Is it possible to have a hyperlink embedded in a banner in the signature line?

I ran into trouble with the size of my signature by including some banners... but I didn't get rid of the text. But I have to have the text, because I won't give up the links so people can click to search for low-cost spay/neuter services. The only way to solve the problem of having a banner with one line of text (for me) would be to have a banner that is also a link to the low-cost spay/neuter search links.

Possible?

Replace <> with []

Make sure there aren't any spaces.

And you will get the following: If you click on on the picture below, you should get to www.savesamoa.org
