Okay, so everyone knows how much I hate snow...and this is why..I had to drive home in this, and almost died like 35 times on the way veering into cars and objects...

That is my backyard, but thats how the roads are too...EXACTLY like that..

I am so thankful I made it home

I HATE winter

I'm happy you made it home safe Natalie!

But can you please send the snow to me?
Glad you made it home safe Natalie...Geez it's scary driving in it isn't it!!!

Wow... The roads have stairs on them? I thought driving through a snow drift was tough.

I've been shoveling snow like that lately though.

Woah please don't send that my way (thankfully the weathernetwork says it isn't coming this way, but he is known to be wrong). We got a lot of blowing snow and a short snow squall but nothing like that!

Glad you made it home safely, I hate driving in snow

They have so many potholes on the roads around here that stairs would probably be simpler

Wow that is some good dense show. Hope you get a snow day tomorow.

I'm sure she'd be happy to but unfortunately the postal service has a policy that for insurance reasons any snow sent through the mail will be automatically converted to water.

Glad you made it home safe. I do not look forward to when we get that much. We're supposed to finally get snow tomorrow, but I think only maybe 2" tops.

Ok, Trout, now you have to cuddle Mom really special -- she's feeling frazzed by the snow. Glad you made it home safely.

Nothing worse than driving in a snow storm - unless it's driving in a freezing rain storm! I hate winter! Glad you made it home safely, Nat!

I always pray for snow, but never get it as much as I'd like! And I live in MN - we're SUPPOSED to always have snow!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!
I've seen a lot of deep snowfall in my life, but I'm not sure what the snow is covering there. Is it a curbside?
Lots of pretty snow! Not the most ideal driving conditions, though!
Glad you made it home safe! I love snow but not driving in it.

Oh that just made my morning... well, erm, not that you had to drive in it or almost died... that really must have sucked. More that I was just standing outside in shorts thinking how much I missed snow and how it doesn't feel like the holidays without it and now I can look at your pictures and feel all christmasy again. Especially helpful since tonight is my company's christmas party and I just really wasnt in the mood. Now I am

Glad you made it home safe! And now you get to sit back and relax with a cup of cocoa and watch how pretty the snow looks when its falling and you don't have to drive in it

Snow is one of the reasons I left Sarajevo - I could not face another winter of deep drifts from October to April and being unable to drive or even walk. I don't mind a little now and then. But all we have right now is rain!

We know about rain here on the "Wet Coast" Take heart, Jenny, at least you don't have to shovel it.

Great! Wanna switch houses?

It's really a trade off tho.. no matter where you live there's something. My mom still lives in NY so I make fun of her all winter "It's 30 degrees here" "Really? I'm just about to go swimming..." but then come summer she gets to make fun of me: "The hurricane should make landfall in about an hour... I'll call you when I get power back." "Have fun with that no power/phone/water/way to cook food thing. I'm going to the beach and then I might garden today" Some days I think I'd rather have snow
