Hi everyone! I'm new, so I'm not sure if this belongs in here or in another forum. My neighbors have several cats, but none of them are ever let inside. They leave food and water on the porch and the cats seem to be content. They're all pretty friendly. However, a little black and white one is insisting on living with me. He sleeps on my porch every night and plays in my backyard everyday. He's incredibly sweet and I enjoy him quite a bit. The problem is that he belongs to someone else and I already have a cat. My cat hates the black and white cat. She has some serious jealousy issues! He's ran into my house a couple of times and he absolutely loves it. He rolls all over the ground. I think he just loves attention and feeling warm. Anyway, I know this is long, but I need help. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I should do about this cat?

Well hi there clearspot!
Are you sure that the cats are never LET inside, or could it be that they are feral and they do not want to go inside? Maybe your neighbors are just feeding them and giving them water to lure them inside?

I know the cat belongs to them for sure. I've talked to them about him. His name is Seabiscuit. They've always had lots of pets, most of which are cats. I'm not sure if Seabiscuit is fixed, but I know the other cats are. I'm sure they aren't let in.

Welcome to the site!
If you really want to bring him in, I would just ask your neighbors. You need to first make certain that he has had all his shots and is healthy. You don't want to pass any diseases on to your present cat. I think most cats go a little bonkers when a new one is introduced . Here is a little article we that talks about how you should make the introduction slowly.
Seabiscuit is a really cute name for a cat
