Okeydokey! 3 of the newbies are cat owners Helen, Shii Ann and John. I think that Helen will be a strong contender because of her ability in the water (she is a navy swim instructor). That of course could make her a target. This group seems even more fit then the last group. Brian supposed has stared in some soft porn films and currently is an actor and used car salesman!

I dont know which guy it is, but one of them is a former soft porn star, who is now married & has kids. It was on CNN.com a few weeks ago. They said he is an asset, not because of his previous job, but because he is now married, and I believe is a used car salesman.

Just think! In a couple of weeks we won't be starving for entertainment when Big Brother's not on! I don't have a Sept. calendar in front of me, but I hope it's not on at the same time. I understand that a third Amazing Race is in the works. I thought the second one fell short of No. 1, whereas The Mole II was better. Oh, well, that's why I'm not a tv critic!

Her name is Jan. I don't know her personally, but she teaches at a school that is fairly close to where I live. Our district is pretty huge. We have over 100 elementary schools alone.

Deb,

Tina Wesson, who won the year before, was from Knoxville, Tennessee, and that is where I am from. It makes it more interesting when your rooting for someone from your hometown, whether you know them personnaly or not.

Except that you can log me in for a total of one episode of ANY of the Survivor shows.....

We do have a lot of people at work who are into it, however. One of the teachers has thrown 3 Survivor parties so far. They are quite a blast. She spends weeks planning the games and challenges.

Tonight the new Survivor starts! I have heard that the groups will be divided by gender. One tribe of women and one of men. I will have to tape Big Brother tonight and watch Survivor!

Adymarie, aren't Big Brother and Survivor on the same channel where you are?

They are on at 8pm and 9pm here, both on CBS here in the States.

Ah, Adrienne. That's a shame. Just don't forget to set the vcr! I am going to be in heaven! We've been starving all summer, except for Big Brother! Hmmmm--soft porn star? Maybe I had better be the designated watcher since you're all younger. Then I'll explain things to you!

Don't worry Jeanie - I'll think of him as the used car salesman that he currently is. I like the idea of splitting the group by gender, but they will have to make sure the challenges aren't strenght oriented!
