Well I graduated in 1975 from High School and am quite fond of disco. In fact I burned a couple CD's full of disco for playing when I'm on the treadmill. And I have Donna Summers greatest hits, Earth Wind and Fire CD's and KC and the Sunshine band!!! I know all the "good songs"!!

I had tickets booked to see Barry White (God rest his soul) about a year before he died, but he had to cancel because of back problems Supporting him were Earth, Wind and Fire and Heatwave. We had the option of either getting a refund and still going to see the other bands or cancelling completely, but because that was my era and i'd already seen Heatwave in the mid 70's who at the time were supporting Tavares we still went and had a brilliant time

I had my leg in plaster and on crutches but it didn't stop me shaking my frame

Oh the memories!!

Me!!! I love disco, any type of 70's music and the 80s too - well except for acid and house.

I was born in '68 so that makes me a young old soul?

Anybody here love the B52s???
I like that music too!

That's sounds like a great time! I never knew who Tavares was, but every song they've played, I've loved! Shake that Booty Susan!!
Now they're playing "Love Machine"

I'm a VERY young old soul born in '85! I love 60's, 70's, and 80's music, there is some great stuff out there. It's much better than today's music. I'm a huge Beatles fan, I've loved them since I was a kid and I've never stopped listening to them .

I'm Class of '75 and prefer '50s and '60s rock ' roll or country, with an affinity for Frank Sinatra and big band music. I DO like Donna Summer, though. You ain't seen nuthin', until you've seen the Tombstone Shady Ladies, slightly tipsy and singing "Bad Girls" at karaoke night
