Shadow has inflammed intestines

For those of you that have helped me out with my kitty, Shadow I wanted to give you the vet results.

Her fecal was parasite free.

However, her X-ray's showed thicker intestinal walls. My vet said this was due to swelling.

He offered a few explainations. One being IBS. They other possible coccilla and gave her antibiotics. And he changed her food to z/d in the event of a food allergy and gave her a shot of cortosone.

Has anyone had a similar X-ray with thier kitty?

Anyone that hasn't been following Shadow is 4 and has been throwing up, having diahrrea and blood in her stool off and on for years. Vets only explaination was food allergies so I sought a new vet yesterday for a second opinion.

Jen, someone else just recently posted about IBS in her cat. Personally, I have not had to deal with it, I just with I could remeber who it was.
