Gah! Quit biting my neck!

So Shami's developed this strange habit of nipping at my neck and chin. He used to just rub/headbutt, but now it's escalated to rub/headbutt then immediately nip. I have to keep reminding him that that's bad, and he get it after some five times of saying "No damnit!" and pushing him away when he does it, but he seems to forget in an hour or two. I'm getting bite marks all over my chin and neck cuz of him, sillie kittah. I thought neck biting was a playing-with-prey thing or a dominance thing, wonder what's gotten into him...

Did you recently change soap or perfume or whatever scented thing you use on your neck? It could be that he likes the smell very much! A pat on the nose and a stern no usually works!
