Ok I realized today I canot do my current exercise routine. Which currently consist of 1 hour of Kick boxing in the morning, 1 hour at night and a 1 1/2 run at around 12:30 with a stroller. (For the kid I watch) Anyways this morning when I tried to do my kickboxing I kept kneeing my belly. So thats not ok. It never accord to me that I couldnt just keep on with my exercises. So does anyone know of any exorcises that are ok when your having a baby? My older sister gave me a video for pregnant woman. But it was boring and not hard at all. Ive just got done with an hour and a half of pilates. I feel loose but not like a did a work out. It's going to drive me crazy if I cant find something I enjoy!
The past week Ive only been walking not running any more at lunch. It drives me crazy. I have soooooo much pent up energy. HEEEELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
