Try putting some of soda's used cat litter out. Try putting out some smelly food. I had a cat that was missing for 11 days and I found her the following day after I put the cat litter out.

Yeah, I was not really comfortable using sedatives either. I just they will just have to ride it out, and hopefully they will settle down knowing that I am there with them.

We are going to be moving in a few weeks. I have 5 cats that are very skiddish (why I have no idea...) and I am worried about moving them. I moved one of my cats to a different room while we were remodeling and she had a fit! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the transition easier...

Thank You all for the thoughts! Knowing that I did the right thing helps but I still miss him! He had 30 years of a good life, almost half of which I had the pleasure of being his mom! He was a kind gentle boy! Hopefully his legacy will continue with my other horses in time.

This weekend I had to send my sweet horse Billy to the Rainbow Bridge. His poor body was giving out on him and I did not want to cause him any pain or suffering. He got his favorite treats and went peacefully when it was time. He was such a good boy and he had many wonderful years. It is so hard...

I just called to check up on this sweet boy and he has found a Great Home! I am so happy for him and the lucky people that have this wonderful little guy!

I have not had a chance to check. Our businesses were bascially shut down from the snow.
