Hello. Toby has done this since I got him at 8 weeks. It causes him no harm and does it when he is relaxed, usually when he's about to go to sleep. I've checked his tail and all seems fine. He doesn't have fleas either. Should it be something to worry about? Thanks in advance, Deo. X
