This is me. I just introduced my 2 cats (kittens at the time) right away, this was on a Friday night. There was some hissing and growling, but by Sunday night, they were fine. I consider myself very lucky to have 2 cats with good personalities.

Well, after about 4 days of having the food raised off the floor, I've yet to have another incident. So at this point, I'm willing to say that it was that Dakota was eating too fast. I still plan on switching foods from Dad's to something else. Thanks again for everyone's help and advice.

Thanks for the response. The only thing about switching back is that her old food was Iams kitten food and now that she's just over 2 years old, not sure if that's the right thing to do. I could switch over to Iam's adult food, I'd have no problems with that as I've read on here in the past...
