Just an update - she has improved very much recently taking only a homeopathic remedy (Sulphur) so we're continuing down this path, plus some Fenistil topically on her belly to help her cope with the itching! Hopefully she'll have fully recovered soon!

Guys, thanks for the interest!  We didn't do any blood work in the end as the vet suggested a new homeopathic remedy. I couldn't get it yesterday because something came up and was going to go today... However, she seems unexpectedly much better today, she even played with some wrinkled paper...
