She is now 4.5 years old, and it has been almost 4 years in January since I got her after losing Clyde. The house is definitely hers and she is totally indoor/outdoor (no litter box).

I've trained Daisy to come to a whistle, and when I have to use the restroom she comes in and sits on the counter. If I whistle, this picture shows what she does next:

Well after I lost Clyde on Dec 28, 2005, my mailman told me about this new kitty that adopted them. Since they alread had three, he asked me if I wanted her. Well it was love at first sight, and since she reminded me of a jersey milk cow, well I just had to name her Daisy.
She has a wonderful...
I recently lost Clyde, or at least he hasn't returned, so I adopted a kitty which had been living outside the house of my mailman. They called her oreo, but once I saw her, I think "Daisy" is much more fitting. She is full of energy, loves to purr, and plays constantly. I just got her...
How long do you think a male (neutered) cat would wander before coming home? I think Clyde may not have been the one hit and may be out exploring. The longest he was out before was 2 days, but it is now 8 and he isn't back yet. It's been unusually warm and dry, and maybe since there was a lot...
Cat Lovers on the Forum:
I'm sorry to tell you, but I confirmed that it was probably Clyde who got hit on 259 right by the Friendly Barbershop. He probably got hit sometime overnight last Friday.
He was my best friend, and the best pet I've ever had. He was unique, mellow, and truly a great...
I am hoping against all hope that my handsome man Clyde has not passed over the bridge. I have two different people say that he was seen by the side of the road 1.5 blocks away on Saturday afternoon. I haven't been able to get hold of Animal Control yet, and the local vets have not had a cat...
I usually let Clyde out every morning if it's not raining or bad weather. This routine has been normal for 2 years now, and the longest he's been out has been about 42 hours. I let him out Wednesday at 6am, and haven't seen him since. I have driven all the neighborhoods I think he frequents...
Clyde's sister, Little Bit, was lost almost two weeks ago. She would sit just outside the back door and watch Clyde wander around, and would usually come in and lay down and go back and forth.
This particular night, there were a lot of mosquitos so I pushed the door to where there was just a...
I caught Clyde relaxing. Do any of the cats out there curl their toes when they relax or sleep?
I really think it's cute.
He wasn't looking this relaxed two days ago. I had to take him to the vet (as well as Little Bit for her shots), and he gave him a shot and a laxative, and 12 hours...
Help!!
About a year ago, I found at Petco a toy which hangs from the top of a closet door on an elastic string.
At the other end, with a little catnip in the container, is "Da-Bird".
Clyde went nuts over it, and I bought another after he tore the first one up. I can no longer find it...
Little Bit has the most quizzical look on her face, and I just couldn't resist taking shots of her. Enjoy!

Mike, Clyde & Little Bit
I just caught Clyde using the closet where the litter box was about 6 months ago. I just changed the litter 2 days ago, and it isn't ready to change yet. Any reasons of why he may have done this??

I really like the way the new forum is looking, it is much more pleasing to the eye (colors) and structurally I really like it. Keep up the good work.

Clyde's underbelly seems to be sore, and I just gave him some hairball medication, but he is not eating all of his food and was eating grass. It appears to be a little distended and very tender to the touch (almost bit me and growls when I touch it). He is currently stretched out on the floor...
I'm concerned about Clyde's right eye. He doesn't appear to have the symptoms of a cold, but he looks at me with his right eye half shut, and when I look at it closely it appears to be red rimmed. The inner eye looks OK, just the redness around the rim of the eyelid. Is this normal, or just a...
