I'm planning to switch from kibble to homecooked. And I'll also use supplements of course. Oh and how about the bone? I'm planning to grind the chicken first then sautée it. Will the bone be safe to eat?

My cat just simply won't touch raw meat. Can I sautee or fry it a bit? Because my cat loves fried chicken (not that I feed him that) and I think he'll like sautéed meat. Some nutrition will be destroyed but it's still better than kibble, no?

I fed some brands before: nutrisource, purevita, pronature and this didn't happen. Do you see anything that resembles salt here: Chicken meal, turkey meal, lamb, potatoes, potato protein, peas, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), natural flavor, fish meal, choline chloride...

Hi everyone, I noticed after I feed my cats with Felidae, they start to drink noticeably more. Could it be related to the food? If so, I would stick to this brand even though there are better brands.

are you saying that unless a false negative (which is rare) happened, it's enough that only the grandparents were tested?

as some of you know from my previous threads, it's not easy to find cattery in my country whose parents are hcm tested. but thankfully there's this cattery who is willing to arrange hcm test for their available kittens (the parents haven't been tested because the breeder believes it's enough...

Actually I'm no longer thinking about starting a cattery now. I just want a pet. And this kitty is already neutered by the owner. And the price can't go lower, the owner said it's because this one has good characteristics, show quality. But anyway I'm not buying this one.

My guess is because he only had one testicle so had to be neutered. Most people are still uneducated here, thinking that altered cat is not normal or something. Also he price of this one is very high for a neutered one (1050 USD). But anyway, I'm not buying this one after all.

I'm in Indonesia and to be honest I'm disappointed with some breeders' attitude who seem oblivious about the importance of this test. Granted, they sell at a cheaper price, but still... Looks like they're targetting uninformed buyers.
