Apparently they can tell time, because even though it shouldn't "feel" like dinner time yet, they know what the clock says and have been staring me down, waiting for dinner! :lol3::lol3:

Permanent foster kitty Sassy
My cats eat mostly dry, but share a 3oz can between the 3 of them, twice a day.
I want to try switching them to canned only, but don't know how much to feed them. I know the packaging will say to give x amount per pound, per day, blah blah blah.
I have math issues. I need someone to spell it...
My foster (well, guess she's mine now since they didn't want her back) cat Sassy had some abnormal bloodwork a month ago and after a follow up CBC and review by the pathologist, they are saying it is likely early lymphocytic leukemia although the pathologist saw no abnormal cells at this time...
I'm watching the weather and there are still tornadoes moving through several states as well as several that hit today and over the last few days. We have numerous members in the states involved (Missouri, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and maybe more).
I hope all of...
I used to get an email notice whenever my subscription was about to expire. It seems it may have expired though since I can no longer get into the Premium Lounge (was fine this morning) but I did not receive an email notice this time and I can seem to even find the link to subscribe again.
Help?
A friend of mine has an adult male cat who was just diagnosed with diabetes. The vet has him on insulin injections every 12 hours and has her feeding him Purina DM wet food.
I (thankfully) haven't had to deal with this issue so don't know anything about it.
Do you guys have any advice or...
Could use some vibes for my goofy boy!
Xander is having a small bit of bright red blood and mucus in his stool. I first noticed it a week or so ago and just yesterday pinpointed which cat was doing it. Its not a large amount, but of course I worry.
He has an appointment with his vet on...
A few new pictures of my gang.
Naughty kitty Riley
Ready for my close-up! LOL
(Riley always has that wide-eyed startled look. He just had really round eyes!
Xander had to have his turn at the photo shoot, but couldn't quite pay attention ;)
Soaking up some sun :)

I just can't believe that my boy turns 5 years old today!
It seems like just last year he was still a naughty 6 month old rotten kitty. Now he's a 5 year old naughty rotten kitty! :lol3::lol3:
His baby picture...
This is the one that made it into the Brown Trout Mini Black Kitten calendar...
I can't believe it has truly been 5 years since my Alley crossed the bridge. So much has happened since then and so many cats have come into my life over these 5 years. Most of them for just a short time while fostering and rescuing. Yet still, she is always on my mind. I look for her in the...
Tucker was a beautiful 28 year old horse that my brother got last year. He had had a hard life before we met him. He was a rodeo horse for many years. At some point he ended up with someone who just didn't care about him and Tucker was neglected for a long time. He was seized from the owners...
Is it possible to move photos from one album to another? Or do I need to re-upload them to the new album? I didn't see an option to move them, but then, I'm having trouble finding a lot of things these days, lol
This sweet boy was rescued from the street last night. He is at the humane society vet now being evaluated but it may not be good :(
He isn't moving much and when he does, he's dragging his back legs. Does eat and drink though. Not sure yet if he's having bowel movements, but he does pee...
Need some advice from you experienced trappers.
As you know, we've been rescuing and reuniting pets who are still on the streets after the Joplin, MO tornado.
Here's the problem. Winter is coming, and many of those pets may not survive the midwest winter. We are going to start trapping a few...
As most of you know I've been involved in trapping and rescue for pets still displaced from the Joplin, MO tornado on May 22nd.
You may remember the picture I posted of Whirley, the grey tabby. We've been looking for this boy every week for the last five months, and now he is finally home! He...
Dealing with pet rescue from the Joplin tornado has taught me the importance of tags and collars on the boys, even though they are already microchipped. If someone picks them up but doesn't take them to shelter for scanning, then they have no way of knowing where they belong.
So I got Beastie...
Just had to snap a picture of Sassy today. First time I have seen her higher than the 1st level on the cat tree and she was curled up so sweet in the little house
