The lowest cost I have been able to find is $90 for spay and $60 for neuter, with Toronto Animals Services. That's ok, but they're booked till September.
With our vet it would be $518 for Spay, $210 for neuter.
I don't know if you would be able to help find a low cost place in Toronto?

We've found an abandoned kitten about a week ago. I estimate he's about 3 months old (male).
We already had a female which is 12 years old.
Now she decided to go into heat! and the little one is trying to get some!
My question is, is he really old enough/mature to impregnate her...
