He could be anything really as he is a bicoloured cat and they are common in many breeds. His specific bicolour is Seychellois Septieme I believe. He does have signs of Bombay though with the pointed ears and face. If one parents was a Bombay then the over must have had some white on them so I...

Due to his colouring and what looks to be short fur I'd place him as either a Bombay or an American shorthair. I originally thought a British Shorthair but his face is sharper and thinner than a British shorthair. To decide between the two first how old is he and second is he active and vocal.
