Spayed cat yowling after returning from vacation?

I just got back from a 5 day vacation to attend a funeral and my cat has been acting weird for hours. She'll leave the room and start yowling but comes running when I call her name. She was spayed about 3 weeks ago so it was somewhat recently. Could she be in heat despite having been spayed...

My cat has opened her spay incision and the vet isn't open until Monday

UPDATE** Checking Keiko's incision this morning, it seems to have closed up extremely well.  I don't think she'll be needing a vet now which is great for both of us haha. Still going to keep her cone on until at least the 2 week mark though just to be safe.

My cat has opened her spay incision and the vet isn't open until Monday

My cat has opened her spay incision and the vet isn't open until Monday

I managed to snag a picture of her incision while she slept on her side near me What do you guys think? 9 days after surgery do you think she needs to go back? Her skin is all bundled up in this position so it looks much tinier but when she stands it does look like a deep paper cut.

My cat has opened her spay incision and the vet isn't open until Monday

My 2 year old cat had spay surgery 9 days ago (last Tuesday) and I heard from Yahoo Answers and my sister that now would be a good time to take off her e-collar and that most cats don't need one to begin with. Boy was that a mistake! she's gone and opened her incision! She seemed healed enough...
