Just updating for anyone looking later that this was not ringworm! No idea what was the cause. Her ringworm test came back negative and the hair grew back on the patch and no new ones appeared on her or our other cat.

We have a vet appointment tomorrow! I will update in case anyone is looking back on this later.

Hi! My kitten got spayed on Monday and I've been checking her spay regularity. When I woke up this morning I thought it looked a bit odd compared to other pictures I've seen. I think it may be irritated? Trying to figure out if i should call the clinic who spayed her. Thanks!
