Hello! Terribly sorry for never updating but thank you all so much for your replies! Scabs are gone and hair grew back with minimal dandruff. 

I took her to the vet to discover that she had flea dirt. Not on her back though mostly on her stomach, so I didn't even notice. She also scheduled her for grooming so she's shaved and I got a better look at these big and small spots of brown and with specks in them (the flea dirt) and noticed...

She had a hairball about an hour ago and now she's just spitting up clear spit. She's not even foaming. She did it more frequently after she had a hairball, now she's just laying down and it happened two times in about 40 minutes. What's wrong with her? 

UPDATE: As I was finishing up this post I found her and she had some spit dripping from her mouth.
