Thank you everyone. The cut healed on its own. I couldn't even tell it was there. To be honest it was rather small and I think I just exaggerated. Sadly I must inform everyone that shadow has passes away.(I think)

feeding shadow what meatt i can get from our table.we cook a lot of whole chicken so i take the jiblets from those and boil them. I'm not sure if my parents are interested in buying cat food. If i did buy cat food what kinds/brands do you suggest?

The neck was boiled. Shadow came again the same time the next day to eat. I didn't pet him(though he seemed to want me to). And he ate without any problems. I did read about the belly being a no touch zone.

Shadow showed up around 3:30 pm and stayed till about five. This is the longest he's ever stayed so far. After he ate he fell asleep(10ft away of course) for about thirty minutes then left. :) he's still a little nervous about me but its getting better.

OK UPDATE TIME!Si shadow came on Saturday around three. I fed him(haven't gotten any cat food yet :[. I rubbed his back for a bit. I have to admit I tend to get a little nervous when I touch him because I don't know many of the signs that they don't want you to.
