when I first adopted my cat Binx he didn't go to the bathroom for about 2&a half days he was comfortable cuddly and seemed happy but I'm sure he was stressed. Usually cats/kittens refrain from eating and using the bathroom when stressed just give it a couple days just give it a couple days

Yes and he has some weird color features as well kind of like a point. His fur looks black in modern light but in the sun u can see he has stripes its weird. I don't know his parents how ever he had a sibling that was completely black and looked much like an oriental so he may be all mixed up...
