Everything seems to be making its way to normal again. His eye has cleared up, he is still sneezing a little. And his poop is almost there.

Opps sorry I forgot to come and update. The vet felt around and said that Amadeus bowels were 'thick' which could be a sign of to much bacteria (bad bacterial) or something else. He prescribed 2 medications and sent a stool sample off to be tested which came back with nothing of concern...

There was an emergency right when the office opened (dog had to be PTS) but that was 30 minutes before our appointment. We arrived 10 minutes early and were told it would only be a few minutes and almost an hour later we were still sitting there. If they would have told us they were running...

Thanks! I think I will write everything down so I don't forget to ask the vet. He is looking better but he is still having a runny eye and runny poop and ended up going on the floor a little big today which he promptly tried to cover up. I hope we can figure out whats going on with my kitty.

Thanks!! If anyone needs a more 'real' comparison... they weight less then a standard die which is 5 grams. They can also sit on a microscope slide.

I have actually read that cranberries and other berries are not. Good for cats due to the benzoric acid.

I'll inform my mother and have her make the appointment ASAP. He has also been having diarrhea and pooping often. At first I thought it was the food, so I recently changed it (slowly) but it doesn't seem to be helping. He eats and drinks etc... all the normal cat stuff.

Thank you for your suggestions. I am not sure what type of virus it is all I know is it cause URI and can remain dormant(his first cold came from the shelter). He has not been tested for anything else.

Thanks. I'll check into it. Looking closely at the sore, I think the hair is gone. I am thinking maybe he wiped his eye and the crust ripped the hair out. It seems to be clearing up well, though. I'll just keep cleaning it and I will have my mother make the appointment.

I have one. It works pretty well, but I find that even though I have only one cat it fills up fast and is hard to turn.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I will have to make an appointment with the vet (he has to go for another issue anyways) and see if I can get what your recommended. Do you by any chance know what the ointment is called, for his eye? This is what it looked like a few days ago, its gotten better but...
